In respect of recently completed developments, all 23 private residential houses at Lyme Regis are now sold, together with the three executive bungalows in New Milton, Hants.

We are always looking for land, potential redevelopment sites, joint ventures with other land/householders or developers, or sites where the current owners have Planning Permission and wish to sell.  We pay favourable rates and should a site be brought to our attention through a third party and not advertised with Agents, then favourable introduction fees can be paid, where these lead to a successful sale.
