St James Court, comprising of 6 purpose built apartments, Practical Completion was achieved in January 2008, and we are now within the 2 year Defects Period.

William Court, comprising of 6 two bedroomed apartments with parking and communal landscape areas. Construction was due to begin in January 2008.  However, in the current climate this has now been delayed.  Notwithstanding the above, we are currently looking to obtain Planning Permission for 4 'Cluster' three bedroomed Town Houses.

Westwood House, comprising of a 10,000 sq ft 4 bedroomed, 4 reception roomed Country House, currently has two Planning Permissions, the first for the extensive refurbishment of the existing property into a five bedroomed, five bathroomed, four reception room Country House, with indoor swimming pool, health suite facilities, and the second for a replacement dwelling of similar size within a more compact envelope, and improved specification.  A further application is being made for entrance gates and piers, and a two horse stable block.
